About Jeff Shearer

Jeff Shearer has been in practice since 1995. Starting out as a mobile massage therapist he has had a wide range of practice experience from renting rooms in established practices, running his own multi-practitioner practice and now in his busy three - room practice Evolve Natural Medicine in Newcastle, NSW. In that time, he made gargantuan mistakes but also learnt a lot, particularly around creating success with integrity.

Aware of the high attrition rate of Chinese medicine practitioners Jeff has taken this knowledge and trained practitioners on the business of practice through Ethical Practice since 2009. His human approach makes his presentations entertaining and practical.
